Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN

Position Highlights
- Deliver high-quality nursing care and ensure patient/family satisfaction.
- Conduct patient evaluations, observe conditions, and report changes.
- Collaborate in nursing assessments and care planning.
- Supervise and monitor care provided by unlicensed staff.
- Administer medications and treatments as per physician orders.
Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Current or pending State Board of Nursing LPN licensure.
- Experience in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing preferred.
- Current BLS/CPR certification required.
