We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join Genesis HealthCare at Montgomeryville Center. Position Highlights

• Provide efficient and compassionate nursing care to achieve positive clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction.
• Conduct patient evaluations, monitor conditions, and communicate changes to the healthcare team.
• Participate in nursing assessments and contribute to care planning.
• Supervise and support unlicensed staff in delivering patient care.
• Administer medications and treatments following physician orders.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved practical or vocational nursing school.
• Current or pending LPN licensure.
• Preferably experienced in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
