Genesis Health is seeking a talented and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Cedar Ridge. As an LPN, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse, providing efficient and effective nursing care to patients. You will be responsible for evaluating patients, administering medications, and supervising patient care.

Position Highlights

• Evaluate patients/residents, observe conditions, and report changes.
• Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
• Administer medications and perform treatments as per physician orders.
• Supervise and monitor patient care by unlicensed staff.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
• Current or pending licensure as an LPN by the State Board of Nursing.
• Maintain current BLS/CPR certification.
