As an LPN, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse to deliver exceptional nursing care and ensure positive clinical outcomes for patients. This role involves patient assessment, care planning, medication administration, and supervision of unlicensed staff.

Position Highlights:

• Evaluate patients/residents, observe conditions, and report changes.
• Contribute to nursing assessments and care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as per physician orders.
• Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Requirements:

• Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
• Current or pending LPN licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
• Maintain current BLS/CPR certification.
