Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN
Genesis Healthcare is seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN to join our team at the Montgomeryville Center. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality healthcare services, building relationships with patients and their families, and contributing to positive patient outcomes.
Position Highlights
- Deliver efficient nursing care and ensure positive clinical outcomes.
- Conduct patient evaluations and report changes in condition.
- Contribute to care planning and supervise unlicensed staff.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for practical nursing.
- Licensed by the State Board of Nursing or pending licensure.
- Experience in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing preferred.
- Current BLS/CPR certification required.
