Job Description
We are looking for Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our HomeHealth team at ChristianaCare. As an LPN, you will provide skilled nursing care to geriatric patients in the community, implement care plans, and contribute to patient-centered discharge planning. Responsibilities

Requirements
- High School Diploma (HSD) or GED.
- Current DE LPN license or compact state license.
