Job Description
ChristianaCare HomeHealth is seeking dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team. As a valued member of our organization, you will provide skilled nursing care to geriatric patients in the community, implement care plans, and contribute to developing discharge plans. Responsibilities

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Current DE LPN license or compact state license.
