Job Description
We are looking for dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join the ChristianaCare HomeHealth team. As an LPN, you will provide skilled nursing care to geriatric patients in the community, implement care plans, participate in discharge planning, and ensure patient-centered care consistent with available resources. Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care and prescribed treatment to geriatric patients.

Requirements
- High School Diploma (HSD) or GED.
- Current DE LPN license or compact state license.
