Job Description
We are looking for experienced Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our dedicated team at ChristianaCare HomeHealth. As an LPN, you will provide skilled nursing care to geriatric patients in the community, implement care plans, and contribute to discharge planning. Responsibilities
