Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Montgomeryville Center. As an LPN at Genesis Healthcare, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality healthcare to patients/residents, building meaningful relationships, and contributing to positive clinical outcomes. Your responsibilities will include delivering efficient nursing care, assessing patient conditions, supervising unlicensed staff, administering medications, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team for the best patient results.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide effective nursing care to ensure positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.
• Conduct patient evaluations, monitor conditions, and report any changes.
• Assist in nursing assessments and care planning.
• Supervise and oversee patient care provided by unlicensed personnel.
• Administer medications and perform treatments based on physician orders.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an approved school of practical or vocational nursing.
• Current State Board of Nursing license or pending LPN licensure.
• Preferred experience in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing.
• Maintain up-to-date BLS/CPR certification.
