Genesis Health is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our dedicated team at Easton Nursing and Rehab. As an LPN, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse to provide efficient nursing care, administer medications, and supervise patient care. Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients/residents, collect data, and report changes in condition.
• Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
• Administer medications and perform treatments according to physician orders.
• Supervise and monitor unlicensed staff providing patient care.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
• Current or pending LPN licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
• Maintain current BLS/CPR certification.
