Job Description
Genesis Healthcare is currently seeking a per-diem Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Elm Wood. As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse to deliver efficient nursing care and ensure positive clinical outcomes for our patients. This position offers flexible scheduling options.
Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents, collect data, observe conditions, and report changes.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and perform treatments as directed.
- Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Current State Board of Nursing licensure or pending LPN licensure.
- Maintain current BLS/CPR certification.
