Job Description
We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Genesis Health. As an LPN, you will play a crucial role in delivering quality healthcare services to our patients and residents. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure positive clinical outcomes and provide compassionate care to those in need.
Position Highlights
- Deliver efficient and effective nursing care with a focus on patient/family satisfaction.
- Conduct patient assessments, monitor conditions, and report changes.
- Contribute to care planning and supervise unlicensed staff.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Requirements
- Graduate of an approved practical or vocational nursing school.
- Licensed by the State Board of Nursing or pending licensure.
- Preferred experience in geriatric or rehabilitative nursing.
- Current BLS/CPR certification required.
