Job Description
Genesis Healthcare is currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Cedar Ridge. As an integral part of our healthcare team, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality nursing care and ensure positive clinical outcomes for patients.
Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents, monitor their condition, and communicate changes.
- Contribute to care assessments and plans.
- Administer medications and treatments following physician orders.
- Supervise unlicensed staff in providing patient care.
Requirements
- Graduate of an approved practical or vocational nursing program.
- Current or pending State Board of Nursing LPN licensure.
- Valid BLS/CPR certification (if required).
