Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) to join our team at Genesis Healthcare. As an essential member of our interdisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive nursing care to our patients and residents. Your role will involve resident evaluation, care planning, direct patient care, medication administration, and monitoring patient care provided by our staff.
Responsibilities
- Conduct resident evaluations and create individualized care plans.
- Provide direct nursing care to patients.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Oversee and monitor the care provided by unlicensed staff.
- Engage in effective problem-solving and bedside nursing.
Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school of nursing with a current State Board of Nursing license.
- Valid CPR certification.
