Job Description
Genesis Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. As an LPN, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality care and building relationships with patients and their families. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best outcomes for our patients.
Position Highlights
- Provide efficient nursing care and strive for positive clinical outcomes.
- Conduct patient assessments, monitor conditions, and report changes.
- Contribute to care planning and supervise unlicensed staff.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Current or pending state licensure as an LPN.
- Preferably experience in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing.
- Maintain current BLS/CPR certification.
- COVID-19 vaccination may be required.
