Job Description
We are currently looking for Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join Laureldale Nursing and Rehab. As an LPN, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver excellent nursing care, contribute to assessments and care plans, administer medications, and supervise patient care provided by unlicensed staff.
Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents and report changes in condition.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
- Supervise patient care provided by unlicensed staff.
Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing or pending licensure.
- Maintain current BLS/CPR certification.
