Licensed Practical Nurse - Primary Care LPN

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to join our Primary Care team at The University of Vermont Health Network. The Office LPN will work under the supervision of the Clinical Coordinator, providers, and Office Supervisor to deliver exceptional patient care while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Provide optimal patient care in a primary care setting.
• Maintain a high level of knowledge and expertise.
• Collaborate effectively with healthcare providers and staff.
• Ensure strict confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

Requirements

• Graduate from an approved Professional Nursing Education Program.
• Current LPN licensure or compact licensure recognized by the State of Vermont.
• BLS training preferred.
