Job Description
Join us at Exeter Center as a Per Diem Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) and be a part of our dedicated team. Located in beautiful Exeter, NH, minutes away from Exeter Hospital, our facility provides short-term rehabilitation services, long-term care, and respite care. As an LPN under the guidance of a Registered Nurse (RN), you will deliver high-quality nursing care to patients, ensuring positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.
Position Highlights
- Assess patient/resident condition and report changes.
- Contribute to care planning.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Supervise patient care by unlicensed staff.

Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Current or pending LPN licensure.
- Current BLS/CPR certification.
