Job Description
Join us at Exeter Center as a Per Diem Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) and enjoy the flexibility of creating your schedule. Under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN), you will provide efficient nursing care, ensuring positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.
Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents, collect data, and report changes in condition.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and perform treatments as per physician orders.
- Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Current State Board of Nursing license or pending LPN licensure.
- Current BLS/CPR certification.
