• Acquire off-market and on-market properties to build our inventory.
• Analyze market trends and data to make informed decisions.

• Utilize resources such as leads, established relationships, and proprietary software for successful acquisitions.

Requirements

• Active Alabama real estate license.
• Proven ability to work on a 100% commission basis as an independent contractor.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Accountability for results and a natural inclination for dealmaking.
