New Western is seeking a Licensed Real Estate Agent to join our dynamic team of Acquisition Agents. As a Licensed Real Estate Agent, you will utilize your real estate expertise to identify valuable properties for acquisition in today's competitive market.

Responsibilities

• Spot and evaluate potential properties for acquisition.
• Utilize knowledge of real estate terms like ARV, BRRRR, and Wholesaling.
• Analyze market trends and data to make informed decisions.
• Negotiate and close deals to add properties to our inventory.

Requirements

• Active Alabama real estate license.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and drive results in a commission-based role.
• High-performance mindset with a knack for deal-making.
