New Western is seeking a Licensed Real Estate Agent to join our team as an Acquisition Agent. As an Acquisition Agent, you will leverage your expertise in the residential real estate industry to identify valuable properties for acquisition and enhance our inventory.

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize your knowledge of terms such as ARV, BRRRR, and Wholesaling to identify lucrative properties.
• Work with our extensive resources, including purchasing power, leads, and proprietary software to acquire off-market and on-market properties.
• Collaborate with internal sales agents to facilitate the sale of acquired properties.

Requirements

• Active Alabama real estate license.
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate market trends and data.
• Excellent negotiation and interpersonal communication skills.
• Self-driven and results-oriented mindset.
