New Western is seeking a Licensed Real Estate Agent to join our team as an Acquisition Agent. If you have a minimum of 2 years of experience in or around the residential real estate industry and possess a keen eye for recognizing the potential value of properties, this opportunity is for you. As an Acquisition Agent, you will leverage your real estate expertise and passion, coupled with our resources, to acquire both off-market and on-market properties for our inventory. This role requires a competitive, resilient, and driven individual who is well-versed in real estate terms like ARV, BRRRR, and Wholesaling.

Responsibilities

• Analyze market trends and data to identify profitable investment opportunities.
• Negotiate deals and facilitate property acquisitions.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure successful property transactions.
• Utilize New Western's resources and established relationships to maximize property acquisitions.

Requirements

• Active Alabama real estate license.
• High-performance mindset with a natural ability as a dealmaker and negotiator.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work as an independent contractor on a 100% commission basis.
