Responsibilities
- Acquire off-market and on-market properties for our inventory.
- Analyze market trends and data to identify profitable opportunities.
- Negotiate deals with sellers and other parties involved in the transactions.
- Work as an independent contractor with a focus on maximizing commissions.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in residential real estate.
- Active Alabama real estate license.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work on a 100% commission basis.
