Job Description

New Western is seeking a Licensed Real Estate Agent with at least 2 years of experience in or around the residential real estate industry to join our team as an Acquisition Agent. As an Acquisition Agent, you will utilize your expertise and passion for real estate along with our extensive resources to acquire off-market and on-market properties. You will play a pivotal role in our mission to make real estate investing more accessible and connect investors with valuable opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Identify potential properties for acquisition.
• Utilize data analysis and market trends to make informed decisions.
• Negotiate deals and facilitate property acquisitions.
• Collaborate with our in-house marketing team and sales agents to maximize property sales.
• Participate in ongoing learning and development opportunities through New Western University.

Requirements

• Active Alabama real estate license.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and thrive in a high-performance environment.
• Proven track record of dealmaking and negotiation.
