Local City Driver / Forklift Operator, Full-time

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Local City Driver / Forklift Operator to join our team at ABF Freight, an ArcBest company. This full-time position in Reno, NV offers you the opportunity to be part of a leading LTL carrier with a focus on customized transportation and logistics solutions. As a team member, you will be responsible for pickup and delivery operations, loading and unloading cargo, and adhering to safety and operational procedures.

General Description of Duties

• Perform pickup and delivery tasks within proximity of the consolidation/distribution center.
• Utilize forklifts to load and unload trailers using industry-standard techniques.
• Follow specific procedures related to cargo handling and transportation operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 21 years of age.
• 1 year of verifiable tractor/trailer experience required.
• Hold a Class-A CDL with relevant endorsements and a clean driving record.
• Pass DOT pre-employment drug screening and meet medical requirements.
