Job Description
We are looking for a Local City Driver / Forklift Operator to join our team at ABF Freight in Reno, NV. As part of one of the largest and most trusted LTL carriers in the country, you will be responsible for the pickup and delivery of cargo to various destinations near our consolidation/distribution center. Your duties will include loading and unloading trailers using dock worker procedures and technology.
Responsibilities
- Performing pickup and delivery tasks within proximity of the consolidation/distribution center.
- Utilizing standard techniques and procedures for Loading and unloading cargo.
- Adhering to schedules and duties set by the terminal location.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 21 years of age.
- At least 1 year of verifiable tractor/trailer experience.
- Hold a Class-A CDL with necessary endorsements.
- Stable work record and a safe driving history.
- Ability to pass DOT pre-employment screenings.
