Job Description

We are looking for experienced Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team at ChristianaCare HomeHealth. As an LPN, you will provide skilled nursing care to geriatric patients in the community, implement care plans, and participate in discharge planning. This is a Full Time, Part Time, or Per Diem position offering competitive pay based on experience ($22-$28 per hour).

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care and prescribed treatment to geriatric patients.
• Implement patient-centered care plans consistent with available resources.
• Participate in developing patient discharge plans.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Current DE LPN license or compact state license.
