Job Description
We are looking for dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join the ChristianaCare HomeHealth team. As an LPN, you will provide skilled nursing care and treatment to geriatric patients in the community, implementing patient-centered care plans and participating in discharge planning.
Current Opportunities
- Full Time, Part Time, and Per Diem positions available.
- Supporting New Castle County, DE with day or night shift options, one weekend a month, and 2 holidays per year.
Requirements
- High School Diploma (HSD) or GED.
- Current DE LPN license or compact state license.
