Job Description
ChristianaCare HomeHealth is currently looking for dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team. Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care and treatments to geriatric patients.

- Participate in developing patient discharge plans.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Current DE LPN license or compact state license.
