Job Description
We are looking for dedicated LPNs to join our team at Genesis Health. As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse to provide high-quality nursing care and ensure positive clinical outcomes for patients. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to care assessments, medication administration, and patient monitoring.
Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents, collect data, and report changes in condition.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and perform treatments as per physician orders.
- Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Current license by the State Board of Nursing or pending licensure.
- Maintain current BLS/CPR certification.
