LPN - Tuition Assistance
Genesis Health is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our geriatric/long-term care team at Clayton Center. We have full-time, part-time, and PRN/casual positions available for day and night shifts. As an LPN, you will be a crucial part of our interdisciplinary healthcare team, working alongside physicians, registered nurses, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional care to our patients and residents.
Position Highlights
- Provide efficient nursing care to ensure positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.
- Conduct patient evaluations, monitor conditions, and report changes.
- Contribute to care planning and assist in administering medications and treatments.
- Supervise unlicensed staff in providing patient care.

Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Current LPN licensure or pending licensure.
- Experience in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing is preferred.
- BLS/CPR certification required.
