Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Genesis Health. As an LPN, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse, delivering high-quality nursing care and ensuring positive clinical outcomes for our patients. This is a full-time position with the shift from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

Position Highlights

• Evaluate patients/residents, collect data, and report changes in condition.
• Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
• Administer medications and perform treatments per physician orders.
• Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
• Current LPN license or pending licensure.
• Current BLS/CPR certification (if employed at a skilled nursing center).
