Job Description

Genesis Health is seeking a dedicated Part Time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join the Exeter Center team in Exeter, NH. As an LPN, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide efficient and effective nursing care to patients, ensuring positive clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction.

Position Highlights

• Evaluate patients/residents, collect data, and report changes in condition.
• Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
• Administer medications and perform treatments as per physician orders.
• Supervise and monitor patient care by unlicensed staff.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
• Current State Board of Nursing licensure or pending LPN licensure.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
