Maintenance Mechanic

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Mechanic to join Cargill's dynamic team in Fort Morgan, CO. As a Maintenance Mechanic, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our facility's mechanical systems. This is a full-time position offering competitive compensation including a sign-on bonus of $5,000.

Responsibilities

• Operate maintenance tools and equipment safely and effectively.
• Perform preventative maintenance tasks and troubleshooting of mechanical and electrical issues.
• Maintain process reliability, industry standards, safety, health, and environmental regulations.
• Acquire necessary materials and documentation for planned and reactive work orders.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.

Requirements

• Ability to work a 4-day work week with 12-hour shifts.
• Proficiency in reading and understanding mechanical and electrical schematics.
• Experience in mechanical aptitude and maintenance tasks.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
