Manager, Field Analytics and Operations, Oncology/Incentive Compensation (Remote)

Job Description

Jazz Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Manager, Field Analytics and Operations for the Oncology/Incentive Compensation team. This remote position will focus on delivering field force analytics and operational effectiveness to support the ONC BU under the US Business Operations and Analytics department. The role involves field target planning, process optimization, data analysis, and managing incentive compensation. Ideal candidates should possess strong project management, collaboration, and communication skills to succeed in this dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Support field strategies for the Oncology team, including customer targeting, affiliation alignments, and engagement activities.
• Implement customer call planning and targeting tools to enhance field force productivity.
• Analyze sub-national sales force data and create performance reports and dashboards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver on key projects and initiatives.
• Communicate incentive compensation plans effectively to field-based teams and senior leadership.
• Work with data operations teams to improve business analytics and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required, Master's Degree preferred.
• Experience with pharmaceutical data systems like IQVIA or Symphony.
• Proficiency in Tableau, Alteryx, Veeva, and MDM is a plus.
• Ability to work with large datasets and derive meaningful insights.
• 3+ years in sales operations, analytics, or Commercial IT in the pharmaceutical industry.
