Job Description: Manager, GCDO Business & Technology Capabilities

Jazz Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Manager for GCDO Business & Technology Capabilities to lead the design, development, and support of digital systems and technologies in Global Clinical Development Operations. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to optimize trial performance, ensure data quality, and drive operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and delivery of digital systems to support Global Clinical Development Operations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders on system implementation and management
• Provide expert advice on technology solutions and analytics for optimal trial performance
• Identify and evaluate new technologies relevant to GCDO, including building business cases for implementation
• Maintain and manage digital systems, ensuring maximum utilization and efficiency
• Lead cross-functional projects and initiatives representing GCDO Business & Technology Capabilities

Requirements:

• IT proficiency and experience with clinical digital systems and analytics platforms
• Deep knowledge of clinical trial operations, GxP compliance, and FDA guidelines
• Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently, manage complex projects, and prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and a minimum of 5 years of experience in clinical technology

Educational Requirements:

• BA/BS degree in scientific/healthcare or technology field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in clinical technology for pharmaceutical/biotechnology industry
• Knowledge of FDA/ICH guidelines and industry standards in clinical trial management
