Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and dedicated Manager in Training to join Aldi's team. As a Store Manager Trainee, you will undergo comprehensive training to prepare you for the responsibilities of running your own store. Your role will involve supervising daily store operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing staffing needs, and developing operational plans while fostering team growth.

Requirements

• 18 years or older to apply.
• Minimum 3 years of retail experience.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team.
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
• Prior management experience preferred.
