Job Description

We are looking for a Manager in Training to join Aldi, where you will train on all aspects of successfully running a store in preparation for managing your own store. In this role, you will supervise day-to-day store activities, ensure overall store performance, identify staffing needs, manage schedules, and develop operational action plans while mentoring and developing the team.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and lead the team to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Communicate and model the core values of the organization to foster teamwork among employees.
  • Handle customer concerns and ensure resolutions are appropriate.
  • Ensure store signage and product quality are maintained to ALDI standards.
  • Assist in hiring store personnel and managing weekly schedules.

Requirements

  • 18 years of age or older.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Experience in retail, with a minimum of 3 years preferred.
  • Prior management experience is a plus.
