Manager in Training

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated individual to join Aldi as a Manager in Training. In this role, you will be immersed in all aspects of managing a store, from supervising day-to-day operations to developing operational strategies and leading a team. As you progress in the program, you will gain valuable skills and experience preparing you to run your own store successfully.

Position Type:

Full-Time

Starting Wage:

$30.00 per hour

Earning Potential Year 1:

Up to $119,000 (includes salary and bonus)

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Supervise team performance to deliver exceptional customer service
• Implement operational plans and maintain store standards
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and employee development
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Job Qualifications:

• 18 years or older
• Strong customer service and leadership skills
• Ability to interpret policies, manage budgets, and drive performance
• Prior management experience preferred

Education and Experience:

High School Diploma or equivalent, 3 years of retail experience
