Job Description

We are looking for a Manager in Training to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Manager Trainee, you will undergo comprehensive training in all aspects of store management to prepare you for a successful career with us. You will be responsible for supervising daily store operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing staffing needs, and developing operational strategies, all while mentoring and leading a team of enthusiastic individuals.

Responsibilities

• Supervise team performance to deliver excellent customer service.
• Communicate company values and foster teamwork among employees.
• Handle customer concerns and maintain store quality standards.
• Participate in recruitment processes and manage staff schedules.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide developmental guidance.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Manage store payroll, expenses, and inventory effectively.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement of 21 years.
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
• Demonstrated leadership skills and customer service proficiency.
• Prior experience in retail with a focus on management is preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent; additional education a plus.
• At least 3 years of progressive retail experience.
