Job Description

We are looking for a passionate individual to join our team as a Manager in Training at Aldi. In this role, you will undergo comprehensive training to prepare you for successfully managing all aspects of a store. Your responsibilities will include supervising daily store operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing staffing needs, developing action plans, and mentoring team members.

Position Details

  • Position Type: Full-Time
  • Estimated Hours: 45 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $26.25 per hour
  • Earning Potential: Up to $102,000 annually (including salary and bonuses, location-dependent)

Responsibilities

  • Supervise team operations to deliver superior customer service.
  • Implement company strategies and core values to foster teamwork.
  • Manage customer concerns and maintain store standards.
  • Conduct hiring and scheduling processes.
  • Provide training and development opportunities to enhance team performance.

Qualifications

  • Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent customer service and leadership skills.
  • Strong understanding of company policies and procedures.

Educational Background

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years progressive retail experience.
  • Prior management experience is a plus.
