Job Description
We are looking for a passionate individual to join our team as a Manager in Training at Aldi. In this role, you will undergo comprehensive training to prepare you for successfully managing all aspects of a store. Your responsibilities will include supervising daily store operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing staffing needs, developing action plans, and mentoring team members.
Position Details
- Position Type: Full-Time
- Estimated Hours: 45 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $26.25 per hour
- Earning Potential: Up to $102,000 annually (including salary and bonuses, location-dependent)
Responsibilities
- Supervise team operations to deliver superior customer service.
- Implement company strategies and core values to foster teamwork.
- Manage customer concerns and maintain store standards.
- Conduct hiring and scheduling processes.
- Provide training and development opportunities to enhance team performance.
Qualifications
- Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent customer service and leadership skills.
- Strong understanding of company policies and procedures.
Educational Background
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years progressive retail experience.
- Prior management experience is a plus.
