We are looking for a Mechanic I to join our team at Cargill, a global leader committed to sustainable practices in nourishing the world. As a mechanic in our protein and salt business, you will play a crucial role in maintaining production machinery and upholding food safety and quality standards.

Job Details

• Job Level: Hourly Full Time
• Job Location: Albert Lea, MN
• Shift(s) Available: 1st and 2nd
• Compensation: $26.60/hr + $3,000 Sign-On Bonus

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance on production machinery using hand tools
• Ensure food safety and maintain quality standards
• Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping in the work area

Requirements

• Eligibility to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship
• Previous production maintenance and welding experience
• Must be 18 years or older and proficient in English

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior Cargill experience is a plus
• Recent work history in the past 12 months
