Medical Science Liaison

Job Description

Jazz Pharmaceuticals is seeking a talented Medical Science Liaison to join our global team. As an MSL, you will be the primary field-based scientific expert for our products in the area of Sleep Medicine/Neuroscience. You will establish and maintain scientific relationships, mentor projects, and ensure compliant scientific communication.

Responsibilities:

• Provide scientific exchange on FDA approved & pipeline products.
• Establish and maintain relationships with opinion leaders.
• Support clinical research operations and investigator-initiated studies.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Medical Affairs, Commercial, and Clinical Development teams.
• Attend and support scientific activities at congress meetings.

Requirements:

• Effective communication of scientific data to internal and external stakeholders.
• Thorough understanding of regulatory requirements for field-based scientific roles.
• Ability to develop trust with opinion leaders and stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel and work evenings/weekends as needed.

Education & Experience:

• Advanced doctorate degree (PharmD, MD, DO, PhD or equivalent).
• 0-2 years of pharmaceutical industry or clinical/research experience.
• Preference for experience in Sleep Medicine or related fields.
