Job Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated Class A CDL Hazmat and Tanker Truck Driver to join our team at ArcBest II ABF Freight in Honolulu, HI. As a City Driver, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient pickup and delivery of cargo to various destinations while maintaining strong customer relationships.
Job Responsibilities
- Perform pickup and delivery of cargo within proximity of the consolidation/distribution center.
- Utilize modern techniques and technology for loading and unloading trailers.
- Adhere to a flexible schedule based on terminal location requirements.
Qualifications
- Minimum age requirement of 21 years old.
- At least 1 year of tractor/trailer experience preferred; training opportunities available for applicants with less experience.
- Valid Class A CDL with doubles/triples, tanker, and HAZMAT endorsements.
- Demonstrated stable work history and strong work ethic.
- Clean driving records (MVR and employment history).
- Successful completion of DOT pre-employment drug screening and medical requirements.
