Job Description
Join our team at ArcBest II ABF Freight as a Class A CDL Hazmat and Tanker Truck Driver! As a City Driver, you will be responsible for the pickup and delivery of cargo to and from various destinations, maintaining strong customer relationships through efficient and effective job performance.
Job Responsibilities
- Perform pickup and delivery of cargo within proximity of the consolidation/distribution center.
- Utilize up-to-date technology for loading and unloading trailers following established procedures.
- Adapt duties and schedules based on terminal location requirements.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of tractor/trailer experience.
- Class A CDL with doubles/triples, tanker, and HAZMAT endorsements.
- Stable work record and strong work ethic.
- Safe driving records and DOT compliance.
- Successful completion of DOT pre-employment drug screen and medical requirements.
