Job Description
We are currently seeking a Class A CDL Hazmat and Tanker Truck Driver to join our team at ArcBest II ABF Freight in Honolulu, HI. As a City Driver, you will be responsible for the pickup and delivery of cargo to various destinations, ensuring the efficient flow of operations at our consolidation/distribution center. Our drivers are crucial in maintaining strong customer relationships and play a key role in our success.
Responsibilities
- Perform pickup and delivery of cargo using up-to-date technology.
- Load and unload trailers with precision and efficiency.
- Follow specific techniques and procedures to optimize operations.
- Adhere to safe driving practices and maintain a clean driving record.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year tractor/trailer experience.
- Class A CDL with doubles/triples, tanker, and HAZMAT endorsements.
- Stable work history and strong work ethic.
- Ability to pass DOT pre-employment drug screening and medical requirements.
