Job Description

ArcBest II ABF Freight is actively seeking a motivated Class A CDL Hazmat and Tanker Truck Driver to join our Honolulu, HI team. As a vital part of our operations, the City Driver will be responsible for transporting cargo between locations efficiently and maintaining excellent customer relationships. Our low turnover rate speaks to the value we place on our drivers.

Job Responsibilities

• Transport cargo to and from various destinations within the consolidation/distribution center vicinity.
• Load and unload trailers using standard procedures similar to those of a dock worker.
• Schedule and duties may vary by terminal location.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement is 21 years old.
• At least 1 year of tractor/trailer experience preferred; training available for those with less than 1 year.
• Must have a Class A CDL with doubles/triples, tanker, and HAZMAT endorsements.
• Stable work history, strong work ethic, and safe driving records are essential.
• Successful completion of DOT pre-employment drug screen and medical requirements.
