Nurse LPN or RN 6P to 6A

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Nurse (LPN/RN) to join our team at Calumet Trace Senior Living. As a Nurse, you will be responsible for administering medications and treatments to residents with compassion and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments following established protocols.
• Maintain accurate documentation of resident information and care.
• Monitor and report changes in resident conditions to the appropriate personnel.
• Assist with medication management and ordering processes.
• Ensure resident safety and well-being at all times.

Requirements

• Must be a Licensed Nurse (LPN/RN) in the state.
• Previous experience with elderly population is preferred.
• Proficiency in English and ability to attend monthly in-service training.
• Current CPR certification.
• Successful completion of a background check.
